Begin a conversation

We take on a small number of engagements at a time. If your institution is somewhere between AI ambition and AI evidence (initiatives multiplying, a board asking what they amount to, a core that cannot simply be switched off) that is the conversation we are built for. Write to either of us directly and we will tell you plainly whether this is work we should be doing.

A useful first note covers
The situation
What is happening, in a paragraph. The visible version is fine; the diagnosis is our job.
The decision it affects
What will be decided differently if this is resolved, and roughly when that decision falls due.
Who holds it
Your role, and who else owns the question: a board, a committee, a named executive.
Timing
When you would want a first conversation, and any date the situation itself imposes.

Two paragraphs is plenty, and confidentiality holds from the first note. Confidentiality and indemnity terms are set out in the engagement letter, before work begins.
